Plans change. We get it. That is why our cancellation policy is one of the most flexible in the Algerian travel industry.
Refunds are processed based on how far in advance you cancel.
Full refund. We keep nothing. Refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
You receive 75% back. The 25% covers non-refundable bookings (flights, hotels) we already paid on your behalf.
Half refund. At this point most of our suppliers have committed resources for your trip.
No refund. However, we can offer a credit toward a future tour valid for 12 months in genuine emergencies.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government travel bans, pandemics, war, or airline strikes that prevent travel), Roza Tour offers a 100% credit toward a future tour, valid for 24 months — regardless of when you cancel.
Need to change your dates instead of cancelling? Within 7 days of booking, you can reschedule your tour at no charge. Outside this window, a small administrative fee applies (typically €25).
Tip: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It typically costs less than 5% of your tour and covers most cancellation scenarios outside our policy.
