Welcome to Roza Tour. By booking a tour or using our website rozatour.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive your deposit (typically 30% of total) and send you a written confirmation. Until then, prices and availability may change.
Our full cancellation policy is available here. Summary: full refund 15+ days before, 75% refund 48h-14 days before, 50% refund 24-48h before, no refund within 24h.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (6+ months validity) and any required visas. Roza Tour provides visa support free of charge but does not guarantee visa issuance — that decision rests with the relevant government authorities.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the traveler. We are not liable for losses, illnesses, accidents, or trip interruptions covered by standard travel insurance policies.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political events, road conditions, or operational considerations. Equivalent alternatives will be provided. Material changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
Some tours involve physical activity (hiking, camel riding, walking on uneven terrain). You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate. Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Roza Tour reserves the right to terminate the participation of any traveler whose behavior endangers others, disrupts the group, or violates Algerian law. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Roza Tour acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies). We are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.
Roza Tour is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, transport disruptions). In such cases, we will offer credits or rescheduling per our cancellation policy.
We may take photographs during tours for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide. You can request removal of any image of you by emailing privacy@rozatour.com.
All content on rozatour.com (text, images, logos) is owned by Roza Tour or our licensors. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the courts of M'sila, Algeria. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
